shipping & exchange POLICY

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to additional duty/tax for which the recipient is responsible for.

Please note that International orders shipping outside of North America may take 1-8 weeks for delivery depending on the country.

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, we will gladly offer an exchange or issue a store credit. Please email info@fmillerskincare.com within 15 days of receiving your order for further instruction. If your product was damaged during delivery, a full refund or store credit will be issued, excluding shipping costs. Please email info@fmillerskincare.com within 3 days of receiving your order along with a photo of the damaged item(s).
